Please let our tech dept. know of the torn o-rings and we should be able to mail replacements right out.
Would a slight tear at the O-ring cause a rich environment with the engine compensating by running lean? Not an Edelbrock SC user but my O-ring has a slight tear but still intact otherwise and i'm getting -10 to -15% LTFT off throttle and idle.

@Edelbrock LLC any chance you guys sell that O-ring? Dealerships dn't sell it by itself only with a new MAF sensor unit :/
