Nope, CTMP has a ban on anything flying. They'll shut an event down and the organizers will be reamed out.
The only way to do it is to approve it in writing with CTMP WELL in advance, but chances of them approving are essentially zero at any race or lapping day.
The only track that isn't super cautious about it is TMP, the rest are all playing it safe so they don't have to deal with a nasty accident.
