I'm looking at the edelbrock kit and the cosworth. Can someone help me out with some pros/cons? Worth the import?

Pros for the kit would be it's been thoroughly tested by Cosworth (100,000 hours I believe). So it's not some kit put together in a hurry for our cars. You get a specific tune designed to work without having to go back and forth with e-tuners (provided you have their Stage 1.x exhaust set up or one very similar to it). You don't have to worry about the supercharger oil like other kits. Installation is pretty straight forward with minimal cutting. I think you have to make a small cut for a bracket, but it's hardly anything. And it has the Air-to-Liquid intercooler set up, which is great for keeping temperatures in check.
Cons for the kit would be, once you've achieved the Stage 2.3 (full exhaust plus supercharger), and want more power, unless you go with E85, you'll have to wait. Cosworth hasn't released a smaller pulley kit yet, though the kit is capable of 380 hp. Instead of oil for the supercharger, it's wise to keep vigilant of the coolant reservoir. The only other con I can see to the kit would be cost.
Personally it was worth it for the reliability aspect and the amount of testing they did. The Edelbrock is a great kit, too, and offers similar performance. Though I can't offer any real details on it. Hope that helps!
