So take it back to the dealer. This is why you have a warranty.
And to the guy above: headers do affect flow. Is it causing this problem? Maybe not but engines really only do one thing, flow. Flows in, flows out. Headers actually make really good power on these engines because they flow much better than stock. Again, might not be the problem that's how it is. Now I have seen elsewhere people had maf problems with the Injen intake.
