You can spray starter fluid along the intake path and around vacuum hoses, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Another option is to take it to a shop and have it smoke tested. As far as I'm aware, the only vacuum hose that should have been touched is the PCV that routes into the intake right before the throttle body. That would be the first place I'd check.
If you're seeing others have the same issue with the Injen intake, it is quite possibly the problem. If you have access to stock parts to put back on the car, you could answer your question quickly.
