Also another question, they have my tires listed as:

"OE Replacement, Michelin Primacy 215/45R17 $165.00"

Could a shop put on different tires or do they have to follow what the estimate says? Because my local discount tire has Michelin PSS 245/45R17 for $160 and so it's a much better tire for cheaper.
