If it was the local dealer, I'd take it back to them and have then fix it.

If it wasn't a local shop, just get a new crush washer, drain the oil and refill it.

That oil doesn't look all that new to me ...... maybe it's time for a and filter change anyway ........

PS - doesn't look to me like it has any kind of washer under on drain plug.

No it was an out of state chevy dealer that did the oil change before i bought it.

Yeah drain plug looked hella flush so my first thought were crush washer. eneded up going to subaru and getting the washer and an oem filter. It didnt have a crush washer when i changed oil.
