Which header do you have? I had knock issues in the high rpm range using chevron 94 using both the OFH & OFT tunes during WOTs. My IAM starts at one and kept dropping to 0.5 after a couple of pulls. The car is mainly a DD so my IAM stays at 1 with very little knock when you're stuck in traffic and driving normally most of the time.
The header is a catted JDL UEL header which is most likely too aggressive to start with. I have a feeling that the high flow cat is more restrictive than I thought. Paired with crappy Chevron 94 gas...it's sucks and kinda wish I never went with a catted header to start with.
I'm in the process of testing with Shell 91 and back to a stage 1 tune for the time being. Been learning and testing with different timing maps to perfect a tune for a catted header.

I am running OFH and full catless exhaust. *update - I mixed 10% E85 today, but the fuel still remained at 0.82 after a long drive. It was not until after I drove about 76km that the IAM started to peak all the way up to 0.98.. lets see if it will hit 1. My IAM dropped to 0.46 at one point today before filling a bit of E85, leads me to believe it either is a really bad batch, or the fuel is just shit in general.
PM me on how the the Shell 91 turns out for you.
