I am using *supposedly 94 octane. I knew our Cheveron 94 Octane was crap here in Vancouver, Canada, but didn't realize it was that bad.
I am sure this isn't really ideal for this aggressive tune, but not sure if there is anything to be concerned about at this moment....

Sweet..another Vancouver native that I can compare results with. I didn't know that our Chevron 94 was that bad here until I started tuning/testing/data logging recently.
Which header do you have? I had knock issues in the high rpm range using chevron 94 using both the OFH & OFT tunes during WOTs. My IAM starts at one and kept dropping to 0.5 after a couple of pulls. The car is mainly a DD so my IAM stays at 1 with very little knock when you're stuck in traffic and driving normally most of the time.
The header is a catted JDL UEL header which is most likely too aggressive to start with. I have a feeling that the high flow cat is more restrictive than I thought. Paired with crappy Chevron 94 gas...it's sucks and kinda wish I never went with a catted header to start with.
I'm in the process of testing with Shell 91 and back to a stage 1 tune for the time being. Been learning and testing with different timing maps to perfect a tune for a catted header.
