We have the same sized turbo, people are hitting 280-300whp on real dynos with my set up with similar or smaller exhausts so I would assume the same there.
The Stage one is highly under rated. It is more than good enough for my application. People are using Exedy stage 1 clutches in cars with up to 300tq. which is silly, but the clutch holds out.
Clutches do not care about hp, they care about tq
I believe the stq 1 clutch is officially rated to about 230
