The new tune people are talking about here is designed specificly for an OFH UEL header on good quality 93 fuel. some people are trying the tune with different header and maybe fuel that's not top quality and they are having the odd problem.
If your running a OFH and good 93 fuel you should be fine.
The OFT will likely come preloaded with the less aggressive "standard" UEL tune.
