ENEOS Gear Oil GL-5 75W90

Just wondering, can i use this for my transmission? I want to change the transmission fluid since my gears are not smooth.
I see it's the same as Motul 300 in regards to being 75W90.

Reason for wanting to use this is because I already use Sustina 0w20 oil from them and like the product.
