This had nothing to do with the price of the car, gas or mpg. It is not a guessing game
There are just loads of small reasons.
If any one money related item, price of tires was twice as much as an FRS. But I was far from needing them and had two sets of forged rims and Bridgestone RE71r.
FWIW the car took 285/35-20 front and rear. The 1LE is no ordinary Camaro. I considered this car "premoddified" from the factory.
