When I installed them on my OFH I never bothered to see if it was cross threaded since the install to remove them and install was easy. grab an M18 by 1.5 mm pitch thead tap and run it through the header 02 bungs, they seem to distort due welding. the sensors will screw in by hand all the way then. if the thread on sensor is damage you will need to replace it unfortunatly
