My wife and I both now have 4 door cars, and in the end I didn't really want have to compromise or not be able to pick up the kids in a pinch or whatever...
I don't really have the funds for a third car, but if anything I'd probably get an NA Miata for a weekend car, in a couple of years. But for now I'll just be modding the 'rex...maybe stage 1???
