Use a decent wax, use a decent quick wax in between full waxes. If you want an "easier" way to clean it off without ruining your paint and doing a full wash, use something like optimum no-rinse with some microfiber towels to wipe the car down carefully.

Fold the towel into fours, make 1 pass sweeping upward with each fold.
If you are us ing the brush properly and just Kuching the surface to allow it o draw the dust up you will not have swirl marks and sure as hell ruining the paint. Dragging dust around with a detail spry and microfibre towel will give you swirls for sure though.
A simple coat of wax makes all the difference though.
