Bottom clip is broken. It's also ready for a foglight. Made a hole that fits socket from stock harness. I am including a bigger socket so you can turn it into a 4th brake light/foglight. I just got a valenti reverse light so I'm into this project anymore. $20 local, $25 Shipped.
