Nope. Black holes are called that because their gravity is so intense that nothing can escape, even light photons. The event horizon ("Schwarzchild radius") is the point of no return; once you cross it you can't get out. Since we can't observe anything past the event horizon, we really don't know what's inside yet. Scientists suspect that there is a massively dense sphere of matter in the center. Nothing explodes however. It just continues to grow until it has consumed all of the nearby matter. At a certain point in the very distant future, they do eventually "evaporate" due to Hawking radiation.
