The studs may be overkill, I think I'm more concerned about the required machining though.

I'll have to look into the alloy stuff, thanks for mentioning that. Could be something to ask the manufacturers, but Mike may know as well.

And yeah, the rockers... I don't know. I messaged Mike at CSG for some insight there.
