How about a +31? I'm trying to achieve the concave look on the wheels.

Dunno what tires to run though. I guess front 225 and 235 or 245 for the rear will be ideal in terms of looks and rubbing issues??
Well, you can work with +10 spacers on each side, since +45 with a 10mm spacer would be a +35, but its not advisable, and you may have to change the studs (I'm not an expert on spacers, so anyone that knows more may correct me here pls)
Other than that you can also go for coilovers.

however, +31 would fit but depending on your chamber poke out a bit on the side when using 245 tires in the front.

What you could do is 8.5x18 +31 front with 225 tires, and 9.5x18 +45 in the rear with 245 or 255 tires. You will have a slight strecht on front and rear wheel that way, but fitting should be about flush and will not rub.

Also would 245 tires up front and 265 in rear work with springs? Been looking around like crazy but can't find the right answer. Thanks for any help.
Not sure why you should not be able to run a square setup on lowering springs. For example 8.5x18 +35 all around is one of the best fitting/flush setup you can go for the twins, stock, lowered or on coils.

18x8.5 +42 with 245 will most likely rub in the front. You could go for 5-7mm spacers, but I would not suggest that road.
Either check if you find 18x8.5 in +35, or think about getting coilovers, both works. Rear is no issue, if you want to go 18x9.5 +40 with 265 you can do this.
