If the stg 1 come turns out to be free of knock (relatively) then you will have ruled out the vibration cause. Though, with a stg 1 calibration i think its safe to say you will not be taking full advantage of your headers. I'm sure ideally it's somewhere between a stg1 and stg2. Or you can try to find somebody with catted uel headers and use their cam and ignition maps as a starting point.
