G-awesome the calibrations you've loaded are typically used on non-catted header setups, I believe. So, it may be that the ignition advance is simply too aggressive or the acvs table not well suited for your setup. I'd load a stg 1 calibration and log just to see if the flkc goes way. A number of different things can be causing your problem though. Exhaust vibration due to improper installation, bad gas, unsuitable calibration. Although the 3rd log using wayno's 98ron cam and ignition calibration looks the least worrisome.
