The delivery time frame depends on how close you are to the closest port.
For example, I ordered the first week of February here in New Hampshire. The closest port is NJ. It arrived at the end of March.
There is a port in GA I believe, closest to you in LA. The boat goes from Japan to West Coast (not sure where the port is) and then through the Panama Canal to GA and then NJ.
I would expect the GA delivery a week or two sooner than mine.
