It has nothing to do with the tune when your mechanical parts simply fail.
When stock cars are bending rods, yet people are getting tens of thousands of miles on boosted fa20s, those few failures are just quality control. Tune is still the most likely cause for modded fa20s to fail...not an inherent weakness in construction.
