Ooops, well yours would probably be heavy right side, I forget about other countries and my background is circle track (cars are built to be left heavy).
Hypothetically every car would be different, where the gas tank is located, steering rack, ecu, battery, air conditioning, they're all placed in order to package everything well with enough space and to balance the car. Generally as it's a road going vehicle, designers assume 2x, 4x, 6x passengers, but when you're setting up for racecar, unless you've got a navigator in the passenger seat, you'll be designing for driver only (and designing around no driver is foolish unless you've got an autopilot), an extra 100-250 lbs on the left (or right) is inevitable in production cars.
Most world cars are built the same though, your car probably comes out pretty close to the Vorshlag corner balance on page 1, steering wheel, rack, pedal box, brake booster, (battery on this car), a few things flip over, but all the major stuff remains the same, it's rarely a perfect mirror image.
