Wheni put my o2 sensors in my OFH the stupid metal skirt thingg was a bit loose and rattled. I could rattle it with my fingers. Sounded kinda like dropping a coin in a metal sink sorta. (You can hear it in my exhaust video - you can hear it just after reving - [ame]http://youtu.be/BKa9my8sgN4[/ame]) I ended up buying a washer and putting the sensor through it and that stopped the rattle. (If thats the type of rattle you have, it eventually had me going insane)
