I'd doubt that just given a number of obvious factors that I don't see any point in getting into.

Gopherboy6956 you don't have to buy any upgrade package to tune with ECUtek yourself, the upgrade just gives you access to all the extra RaceROM stuff. If you have a cable and a dongle you can just start tuning from there.
