suggest you go for handling/suspension if you do much fun drives and don't mind power.
suggest power if you're into drag races (since it lacks power it's true 200hp isn't much).

If you are into drag racing um wrong car. Best mod ever get rid of the cheap tires. Assuming 16s still have Prius tires.
As far as suspension, it's mostly looks. I don't see how much better this car could perform in stiffer lower suspension. This car is perfect for its weight and power.
