Unless he was custom tuned you'll probably be best off getting maps from whoever the previous owner was. Delicious Tuning does a great job and can make you a tune for any combination of parts without putting your car on a dyno (very expensive) if you really want custom tuning without doing the datalog/etune shuffle then I can't help cuz I'm no where near any island.
