With e85 in use regularly, you should cut your oil change intervals in half to stop fuel dilution honestly but that's besides the point. Is the front timing cover leaking oil? This usually manifests itself as black grime above the header. Also are the catch cans full of oil? Did you check the entire oil cooler, including the line, sandwich plate, and mocal radiator core?
Also if my memory is correct, the perrin cooler is thermostatic check and make sure at cold temps that the oil level is a bit over the fill line, then start the car and allow to warm up to circulate the oil through the cooler at the temp, I have a feeling the oil that remains in the cooler is marginal if not a slow trickle
