This is to be expected:
1) Scion is now officially dead, they have essentially 3 months to ditch that inventory so obviously they need to be coaxed out quickly so expect deals
2)The FR-S is not a fast seller, its a rwd sports car, regardless of all the enthusiasts that love it, it doesn't sell well with civilians, the non car people

So it's usual that those sit on the lot for at least 5-6 months. No self respecting salesmen would want that, in fact my friends mom works for a local Nissan dealers internet sales team and controls inventory, and they especially hate ordering 370zs in for that very reason.
I have yet to find a local dealer selling the FR-S at those crazy prices, at 22k it kills CPO prices, hopefully a car enthusiast snatches it up, maybe someone with a 2013 will sell there's for a 2015/2016 because at that price if you're paid off you may easily get it for around $10-$11k after trade in.......
