I fabricated the following in order to fit my HKS v3 supercharger intercooler to my Beatrush front beam brace...

The flat bracket is in addition to the LH bracket that comes with the kit. It keeps the intercooler pushed away from the A/C condenser end tank. The other bracket secures the RH side of the intercooler to my Beatrush front beam brace using a 80mm M6 hex bolt, washers, 60mm spacer, and nut.

The clearance is minimal all around... nothing was touching when I temp installed it last night. Once I put it back together this week, I'll post pics and measurements of all the close calls.

I was able to complete this bracket for the traction fluid cooler yesterday. I just have to paint the brackets gloss black and clear coat them.

painted and cleared...

Temp installed...

Drilled an M6 hole...

Ready to be mounted...

Installed...

Up next is the fitting the Mishimoto oil cooler...
