Those types of statements give us the assumption that you're overly sympathetic or not truly sympathetic at all and trying to underline that there are different beliefs at play- and not an actual problem. In the worst case, one can take away feelings that you're simply being plain ol' passive aggressive. Just giving you some honest feedback.

Did you alter your post? A few min ago I read something different. Either way, I think our cars are kinda sensitive to the wind. At highway speeds I feel my car kinda shifting when its windy. My wife has a Fiesta ST and her car drives solid in windy conditions. Even with Michelin PSS tires and Tein flex Z coilovers, I still feel my car have movement during windy conditions. However, it isn't as dramatic as moving into another lane as OP claims. Hope this helps.
