Nnnnooo don't put all zeros in.
The 0.00 are their cause its showing a comparision not the absolute values.
you will need to open the rom for 98 fuels at the end of wayno's post here

Base Timing B
Knock Correction MAX A
Timing Compensation (IAT)
Timing compensation IAT (Activation)
into your rom.
