Did eventually get a response from Crawford, guys. They said they'd install for free in California (no help since I'm in Atlanta) but I did appreciate the response. They do have decent customer service. Just not much help for me. I'm going to sell them for a loss and move on to OFH3/OFT combo. Just seems like a better bet to me
