So I finally tried that Lucas UCL. It was like 6 dollars from the Auto Parts store...I drove to get gas (crickets were chirping), and after filling up (still chirping), pulled to a parking spot. Dumped the Lucas UCL, waited a little bit, started the car up and immediately the chrips weren't as loud as right after adding gas.
I drove home (15 minutes?) and it's still this muffled cricket sound. It's still there but not as high pitched.
