Which bushing are you talking about rear subframe? Dif? etc? rear subframe, I would highly recommend. They work nice in certain load corner. Just make sure to tight the bolts back in proper tq.

But if you worry about tire hopping, you should look into dif bushings. That'll reduce in acceleration and unnecessary movements of dif and axle.
