They come with well detailed instructions and pre drilled holes.. Instructions english is a little broken (example it says TIGHTEN THE SCREW) And it made me laugh.
but pretty easy install. I have since removed my rear lip and the weater stripping rubbed some marks into my bumper and i have an ugly outline of where it used to be
