Ive never had issues but our turbos are in better spots and way more effective at carrying heat away even with stock radiators. Depending where the oil cooler is you can try ducting in air and ducting it away. Hood vents will increase airflow. Dont remove the air dams around the radiators as that bleeds alot of air away. Maybe a heat exchanger upsize.
