So I got my car back. As I thought, the swirls are still there with some more friends, but as I also thought, the dealership will do whatever they can to make sure I'm satisfied. Met my sales person and casually showed him the swirls, he came back with the general manager who told me to take it to a professional detailer. "Doesn't matter how much, just make sure they do a job you're satisfied with. Bring us the receipt and we'll reimburse you." BAM! Tucson Subaru is an awesome awesome place. Now to find a place to clear up the swirls and maybe apply some opti-coat
