Transmission/Brake Issues?

Hey guys. So my '13 AT FRS has been acting a bit strange... just want to know if anyone else notices any of these issues or if I'm overthinking.

1. My transmission sometimes RPM searches when I shift. For example, if I downshift to 4th gear, my RPM will jump up to let's say 5k (depending obv) and when I apply the gas a little, the rpm dips maybe 300 rpm and then begins to rise. Also, when I am accelerating I sometimes notice the RPM pause (usually around 3K) for maybe half a second then start to rise again.
The transmission also seems to shift pretty hard at times.

2. Also some issues with my brakes? I heard a resonating sound from the rear of the car when stopped in gear (mostly in manual mode). I only notice it when at a complete stop and it almost sounds like a ringing. My brakes also make a decently loud clunking sound when releasing almost like they're stuck and popping off the rotor. I'm not sure for a fact if it's normal but I used to not notice it and it's been going on since it snowed a couple months back.

Thank you in advance guys.
