+1 for this exact set up. The catback will make the biggest difference to your current set up, I say sell the N1 and get either the perrin 2.5in resonated or q300. If you plan on keeping the N1 you should also consider the HKS dual resonated front pipe, or if you have the extra cash get the fujitsubo frontpipe (
@
mav1178 for all the testing hes done) helps tone down noise considerably.
Also if you have the OFT you can disable the high rev cold start to help somewhat with the noise as well
