instead of having this kind of response you should have been
clearer in your original post. Should've said I want a Bypass/Diverter valve.
Diverter valves or bypass valves are in fact different from a blow off valve but a blow off valve could also be a bypass valve. NOT having one will in fact create a compressor surge sound. SBD kit is an example of this.
Most people who are looking for very specific guidelines for their kit (like you) will just go custom. So that's what I recommend.
