I doubt I could do the same amount on the RE-71 tho. They are basically liek r-comps, and they wear out so fast... In fact, there are some reviews out there that show it to be better performing than some lower quality r-comps. They were generous with the 200TW rating and just slapped it on there for it to be legal in competitions.
I could get 30k miles out of the RE-11 if I wanted to, but my state inspection is due so I'm changing them now. T_T Getting a full set of tires every 15k miles does not sound too good for what I am using them for.
Just my humble honest opinion. Different tires for different applications.
I got a year on my RE11A and about a dozen track days. My Continental DWS have more grip then them on street.

Having a set of dedicated track wheel/tire is hugely beneficial if you do any amount of regular tracking.
