Well if I make a post about a banned member I am not really discussing it, more or less referring to it. However if I said "(unnamed member who was banned today) got banned OMG not fair" I can see that going against the rules but if I just said "LOL (unnamed member who was banned today) got banned, good fight" thats not questioning why they got banned nor discussing the ban, therefore its okay right????
