I received a response from the Toyota Dealership and will not be purchasing due to the following:

Hmmmm... Doesn't sound it was rebuilt, at all, to me...
Oh, AFAIK, insurance companies will not issue comprehensive and collision coverage on a rebuilt/salvage title car....
