Mod plate wouldn't be valid, but always have the option of putting stock exhaust back on if emissions need to be passed.

Yes that's right we're in Preston on Bell Street.
We of course recommend that the car is kept in the guise it was engineered as. We couldn't suggest any changes to the vehicle after the Engineering Certificate would be classified as legal.
