You would absolutely lose boost, every time you lift on the throttle and/or perform an action that actuates your BOV/Recirc.

Even if you are over the minimum boost threshold RPM, you still have to wait for the system to pressurize.

If you permanently want boost, you need a supercharger, or the new NSX for "boost".
