It's actually really easy to blackout the headlights. There's a DIY tab on the DIY page. Basically you take the headlights out, heat them for ~10 minutes @ 200 degrees, take the screws out, and then using a screw driver or whatever, pry it open why still hot. As for the demon eyes... idk... :s
If I were in Houston, I'd help... but that won't be till June/July.
