Wilwood BBK Clicking Noise

I have had a Wilwood 6 piston BBK installed on my car for about 8k miles. It's a great kit for the money and I am very satisfied. About a week ago I started hearing a noise when I was breaking at low speed. It was a clicking sound. Now, not only do I hear the clicking at low speed but I can feel it in the brake pedal. When I am stopped and I depress the brake pedal all the way I can hear and feel the clicks. Today I also realized that it happens even with the emergency brake on which makes me think that it has something to do with the pedal assembly.

What do you guys think it could be? It's going to be a few weeks before I can get it into a shop so I hope it's nothing serious.

Here is a video so that you can hear the sound:

Thanks for your help.
